By accessing and using the Alyaan Perfume website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Alyaan Perfume offers pure fragrance compounds, attars, private labeling services, and wholesale solutions. All product descriptions and images are for representational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or alter any product or service at any time without prior notice.
All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or email correspondence. Payment terms and methods are agreed upon individually for each order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Complimentary samples are offered at our discretion for genuine business inquiries. Sample availability, quantity, and selection are subject to stock and are determined by our team on a case-by-case basis. Samples are provided to facilitate bulk order decisions.
Private labeling services are subject to minimum order quantities, agreed timelines, and custom quotations. All intellectual property related to custom designs and formulations developed exclusively for a client remains their property. Alyaan Perfume retains rights to its proprietary fragrance formulas.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, customs procedures, and logistics factors. Alyaan Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. International orders are subject to destination country import regulations.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items received. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements are processed at our discretion upon verification.
All content on the Alyaan Perfume website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Alyaan Perfume and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Alyaan Perfume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
